BLOWER Joetta L., age 88, of Hamilton passed away on June 21, 2019 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on June 28, 1930 in Hamilton to the late Stanley and Ruby Protzman. On September 8, 1948 Joetta married David Blower Sr.; he preceded her in death on December 20, 1987. She is survived by her loving children, David Blower Jr., Paul Blower, Wanda Hammock, Donna (Tim) Frybarger, and Carol (David) Schauck; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Joetta is also survived by her siblings, John (Lois) Protzman, Janet Fields, and Darlene (Robert) Martin; nephew, Joe (Patty) Blower; and numerous other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her son in law, Larry Hammock in 2009. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield 45014.
