Jodie’s Obituary Jodie L. Bergin, age 57, of Sioux City, IA passed away on Monday, June 17, 2019 at University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, June 22, 2019 at First Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls, SD with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM until the time of service, also at the church. Jodie’s sister, Margie (the florist) will be ordering all the flowers, so at this time we request that no flowers be sent. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to assist with final expenses. Grateful for sharing her life are her children, Rosia Bergin of Sioux Falls, SD, Michael Bergin of Sioux City, IA, Kathleen Bergin and her husband, Josh of Sioux City, IA, Kayla Bergin of Sioux City, IA; her sister, Margie Lynch and her husband, Tom of Spirit Lake, IA; brother, David Bergin and his wife, Liz of Yankton, SD; her father, Vernon Bergin of Sioux Falls, SD ; additional brothers and sisters, Ernie, Virginia Avis, Jack, Darlene, Richard, Michelle, Mark, Michael, Roberta, and William. Jodie was preceded in death by her mother, Stella Bergin; her birth mother, Virginia; siblings, Jessie, James, Mary Marie, Johnnie, Molly, and Lonnie.
