JoAnne Tims Defibaugh, 84 JoAnne Tims Defibaugh, 84, of Creola, AL passed away Sunday, June 23, 2019 in Mobile Al JoAnne was born in Wilmington DE to Cyril & Mattie Tims on July 4, 1934. She married Earl Defibaugh Nov. 30, 1957. After moving here in 1963, she worked as mail lady for the City of Axis for years. For many years she was a member of the Mobile Quilt Club.
