Joan’s Obituary Joan Ann Tucker, age 65, of Keshena, passed away on June 5, 2019 in Shawano. Joan was born to the late Mose and Grace (Smith) Pocan on September 7, 1953 in Shawano. On April 11, 1977, Joan was united in marriage to Myron G. Tucker. Myron preceded Joan in death on March 19, 2008. Joan enjoyed researching genealogy, exercising, and gardening. She loved animals and her many pets throughout the years.. Joan is survived by: her daughter, Cheney Tucker of Stiles, WI; her sons, Christopher (Astrid) Tucker of WA, Timothy Tucker of Keshena, WI, Jeffrey Tucker of Keshena, WI, Bruce (Jwin Crow) Kaquatosh of Neopit, WI, and Todd (Amanda Kelley) Kaquatosh of Neopit, WI; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and siblings, Jerry Pocan, Crystal Pocan, and Terry Pocan. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She is preceded in death by: her husband, Myron Tucker, Sr.; her parents, Mose and Grace Pocan; two children, Myron Tucker, Jr., and a son in infancy, Mose; siblings, Judith Pocan, Jack Pocan, Joseph Pocan, Peter Pocan, Joyce Pocan, and Hank Pocan. Funeral Mass for Joan will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church in Keshena with Fr. Joel Jores officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the St. Michael Parish Hall on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday.
