James Patrick “Pat” Ball, 53, passed away on June 9, 2019 in Huntington Beach, California. Originally from New Jersey, James moved to Southern California in October of 2015. His favorite past times were spending time at the beach, playing golf, and rooting for the Duke Blue Devils, New York Giants, and New York Yankees. He was also an avid reader. He loved Irish festivals and the Willie Lynch band. His car radio was always tuned to Bruce Springsteen’s Sirus XM channel and he loved attending Bruce’s concerts with his siblings. James spent his entire career working in the trucking and warehousing industry. He started out as a truck driver and then worked his way up to operations and sales. Before he passed, he was a Director at Empire CFS in California. He is survived by his cherished daughter Sabrina Ball, his sister and brother-in-law Virginia and John Vitiello; his sister Eileen Critchett; his sister and brother-in-law Kelly and Barney Sheridan; his brother and sister-in-law Kevin Ball and Christine Curich Ball; and his nieces and nephews: Brian, Scott, Thomas, Molly, Ben, and Madison. He is also survived by his loving partner, Lanie Adamo, and Sabrina’s mother, Angela Lafrano. A Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, July 13th, 2019 from 12 PM to 3 PM at Shore Point Funeral Home, 3269 State Highway 35 in Hazlet, New Jersey.
