He retired from the United States Army, serving in Vietnam, after many years of service. Visitation for Mr. Higgins will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Hampton Cove Funeral Home from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. His funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Hampton Cove Funeral Home at 2:00 pm. Mr. Higgins will be buried in the adjoining cemetery.
