James “Jim”’s Obituary James “Jim” Sorbello, 69, of Denton passed away on June 11, 2019 at his home. He was born on December 7, 1949 in St. Louis, Missouri to Santo Sorbello and Martha Ellen Smith. He was retired from the US Post Office and enjoyed playing pool whenever he could. He was a member of the TAP pool league. He also enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a generous man who had a soft spot for animals. He is survived by his daughter, Jaimee Matthews of Addison, Tx.; sister, Mary Galati of Missouri; and brothers, Sam Sorbello and C.J. Sorbello. He is preceded in death by his mother and father. A celebration of life will be held at Lifegate Church in Denton on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 3 P.M. Read More
