Funeral Info: 800-562-0082 OBITUARY OF LATE MOST SENIOR APOSTLE JACOB ISHOLA ADEJOLA HIS BEGINNING Late Most Senior Apostle Jacob Ishola Adejola, popularly known as “Isho” was born to the family of late Snr Apostle Daniel Taiwo Adejola and late Special Mother in Israel Prophetess Racheal Kehinde Olamidun Adejola (nee Satiregun) on July 7, 1954 at Ira, near Offa in Kwara State, Nigeria. He was the first born of his mother. Later, he moved with his parents to Gusau, Zamfara State Nigeria because his father was an Osomalo–Ijesa Trader. EDUCATION Ishola began school at CMS (Church Missionary Society) School, Gusau. Later he lived with his uncle, Late Pa. Adebisi Adejola who was then a teacher at Iwo. He completed his primary education at United Methodist School, Ijeda-Iloko under the care of his grandmother Late Madam Beatrice Jolade Satiregun. Thereafter, he advanced to Ebenezer Grammar School, Ijeda, after which he relocated to Gusau to join his parents where he completed his secondary Education at Aquinas College in 1973. He left the shores of Nigeria in 1983 for United States to further his education. He earned his first degree at Triton College in River Grove, Il and went on to study Surveying at Purdue University in Indiana. CAREER Late Most Snr Apostle Jacob Ishola Adejola started his career as Surveyor Assistant with a company called Associated Land Surveyors in Lagos in 1973. He continued the profession in Chicago. He combined educational pursuit with working for surveying companies. In the year 2000, he formed a company named W.A.Y.L.S. (We Are Your Land Surveyors) Engineering Survey, based in Chicago. He continuously labored and contributed all within his capacity to the success of the company up until his untimely death. HIS FAMILY LIFE He married G. Lesa in 1986 of which two children were born of their union, Brittany Omotoriola and Jacob Adedamola Jr. He is survived by three brothers, Peter Olutayo (Funke) Festus Rotimi (Olamide) Dr. Paul Adebayo (Esther) the late Adeleke Samson and sister Grace Adenike (Joshua), three sister in-laws, Lovell Hall-Bruce, Shirley Hall-Werner, and Nyesa Hall, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, niece and nephews. HIS LIFE IN CHRIST Right from his early days, he had been following his parents to churches. He contributed immensely to the growth of C&S Church Movement in Gusau. While in Chicago, he was a devoted worshipper and contributed to the growth of the churches he attended. He was a member of CAC Church (at some time), and a member of The Holy Order of Cherubim and Seraphim Church Christ Temple #2 Ayo Ni O. under the leadership of Most Snr Apostle Gabriel Eletu Edibo. HIS SOCIAL LIFE People in his home town Iloko-Ijesha, Osun State, Nigeria and surroundings will never forget him for his immense contribution and love for the development of football. Similarly, his team and club (Gazelle) in Chicago will always adore him for the roles he played in developing and mentoring the football team. HIS EXTENDED FAMILY He is loved by all his people because he was a free giver, always ready to assist anyone regardless of his/her affiliation. He touched many lives and worked for the upliftment of mankind. He is survived by three younger brothers, one sister, in-laws, nephews, one niece, many uncles, aunties and cousins. HIS PASSING ON TO GLORY Late Most Snr Apostle Jacob Ishola Adejola slept in the Lord on May 4, 2019 at the unripe age of 64. Sleep on ISHO and enjoy your Deserved Respect and Peace. Read More
