Obituary Isabel M. Ravine, 84, of Strasburg, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at Park Village Health Care Center. Born on August 19, 1934, in Tuscarawas County, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Dorothy (Rank) Simmerman. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Larry Simmerman. Isabel was a homemaker and caregiver to her children. She was an avid Cleveland Indians fan. She will be sadly missed by her three children; Jan (Howard) Mann of Sun City, West Arizona, Chris (Dawn) Ravine of Dover, and Angie Ravine of Sahuarita, Arizona; five grandchildren, Jordan, Zachary, Brandon, Nathan, and Meghan Ravine; sister Annalee (Ervin) Fondriest of Canal Fulton; and her brother; Jerry Simmerman of Dover. In honoring Isabel’s wishes, private family services will take place. The Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Strasburg are handling the arrangements.
