Inez’s Obituary Inez C. Midboe, age 100 of Hoople, ND passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019 at the Park River Good Samaritan Center. Inez Brunsvold was born June 9, 1918 in Landa, ND, the daughter of the late Asle H. and Nora (Kivle) Brunsvold. She grew up and attended school in Souris, graduating from Souris High School. She was united in marriage to Leonard Midboe on November 11, 1939 in Hoople, ND. The couple moved to Missouri while he was in the Army and following his discharge, returned to Hoople to raise their family. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Hoople, the John Anderson American Legion Auxiliary, and the Twiggies. She enjoyed doing yard work, cooking and baking. Faith and family were the most important things to her and she was very active in both the church and the Hoople community. Inez is survived by her sons: Tyrone (Susan), Bloomington, MN and Landis (Becky), Bemidji, MN, 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband on January 13, 1998, and 8 brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 7, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at the First Lutheran Church of Hoople. Visistaion will be Thursday from 5-7 with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M. at the Tollefson Funeral Home of Grafton. Friends may also call at the church for one hour prior to the service.
