Mary Imogene Raines Marler, 87 of Marietta passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 28th at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home, Historic Marietta Chapel. Interment will follow at Mountain View Park Cemetery in Marietta. Mrs. Marler, a loving mother, grandmother and sister, was a friend to everyone and she never met a stranger. She is survived by her daughter, Kim Norman and husband, Dewayne of Dallas, GA; son, Jamey Marler and wife, Bobbie of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Emma Harding and Colin Marler; sisters, Sue Quarles, Jeanette Brown and husband, Zeke; brother, Rupert Raines and wife, Beverly. The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home before the service. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to her final expenses by sending donations to the James D.
