Hugh Kidder of Hillsboro, Ohio July 7, 1943 – June 9, 2019 Hartsel H. “Hugh” Kidder, age 75, of Hillsboro, passed away Sunday afternoon June 9, 2019 at his home. He was born July 7, 1943 in Hillsboro, the son of the late Hartsel and Margorie (Wallace) Kidder. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Bumgarner; two children, Pamela Ward and Tammy (Roger) Schwartz; six grandchildren, Blenda, Kyle, Jeffery, Ryan, Stormy and Timmy; one great grandchild Reyna Marie; two sisters, Barbara Johnson of Hillsboro; May Gilpin of Lawshe; and two brothers, Jerry (Linda) Kidder of West Virginia and Fred (Alda) Kidder of Hillsboro. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Kidder. In keeping with his wishes, he was cremated. A memorial service and celebration of his life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
