Herbert Milton Grubbs, 88, passed away June 9, 2019, at Hospice of the Valley, in Glendale, Arizona. He was born on June 9, 1931, in Lakin, Kansas. The son of Charles F. and Norma l. Grubbs. He was a retired tool and die machinist and mechanic. He is survived by: one son, Paul; five daughters, Pamela, Rebecca, Lisa, Jeanne, and Jennifer; one brother, Charles; 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by: his wife of 59 years, Lillian; one son, Daniel; two daughters, Linda and Grace Ann; one grandson, Chad; his parents; and one sister, Joy. He will lay in state from 11am – 5pm Friday, June, 14, 2019 at Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home, 528 North Main Street, Hutchinson, Kansas 67501. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019, at 11am at Apostolic Faith Tabernacle, 1319 E. 17th Street, Hutchinson, Kansas. Burial will follow in Burrton Cemetery, Burrton, Kansas with military honors.
