Helen Louise Carter, age 82 of Lexington, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Helen was born February 26, 1937 in Austin, TX. She is survived by her sons, Craig Carter (Pat) and Duane Carter; 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, Harold Smith. She is preceded in death by her parents. A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
