Henry Persons “H.P.” Ritch, III, age 89, of Plains, died at his residence Friday, June 28, 2019. A native of Columbus, he was born January 22, 1930, the son of the late Henry Persons and Bessie Lee Ritch, Jr. Mr. Ritch was a member of First Baptist Church of Americus; an avid golfer; and a member of ROMEO’S (retired old men eating out), Kiwanis, Georgia Power Ambassadors and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
