Gara, was born a twin on May 20, 1987 in Charlotte, NC to Gary Bell, Sr. and Carolyn Bracy Bell. “THERE WILL BE NO VIEWING” A Celebration Honoring the Life and Spirit of Miss Gara Mashon Bell will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. from The Sanctuary of The Evangelistic Church of Deliverance, Weldon, NC. Miss Bell will be laid to rest in the Saint John Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Garysburg, NC.
