Frederick’s Obituary We have no doubt the pearly gates opened widely for our beloved Papa on June 23, 2019. Frederick William Crispo passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones while his favorite song, “I did it my way” played in the background. Fred’s infectious smile and magnetic personality continued to pull people into his inner circle through his final days. When it was revealed that his time left was short, he told us repeatedly, “I’ve had a good life and I am grateful that I have had such a wonderful life.” When we asked how we could celebrate his legacy, his response was “I would ask for a party rather than tears.” He taught our family that life is short, and each day is to be celebrated to the fullest, so his request for a party to celebrate his life comes as no surprise to any of us. In addition to his wife, Mary, he is survived by his children Janaan Duffy, Rebecca Crispo, Richard Crispo, and Michelle Crispo Swinbourne. His proudest legacy and life achievement is his seven beautiful grand-children Jacob, Liam, Ava, Ella, Carter, Nolan, and Stella. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of life on what would have been Fred’s 88th birthday on July 7th from 1-8 p.m. at 21 Palanga St., Methuen, MA. A memorial mass will be held July 8th at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church, 20 High Vale Ave., Andover, MA. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations to be offered in Fred’s name to Gosnell Memorial Hospice House, 180 US Rte 1, Scarborough, ME 04074. Read More
