He was born June 10, 1980 in Corry, Pa. a son of Florence Carter of Corry, Pa. and the late Ralph Miles. Frankie was raised and educated in the Corry-Bear Lake area. He enjoyed working on cars and spending time with his friends. In addition to his mother, Frankie is survived by his fiancé, Amanda L. Bailey of Corry, Pa.; a son, Logan Triscuit; a sister, Valerie Shields of Corry, Pa.; and two brothers, Tim Miles and Ralph Miles Jr. both of Corry, Pa. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. No visitation will be held. A private family gathering will take place at a later date.
