Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Cooper Funeral Home. Born in Dillon County, SC, June 26, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Francis Baker and Martha Locklear Taylor. Survivors include her children, J.C.
