He passed away surrounded by his loving Family on June 25, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. Filemon leaves behind his loving wife Maria Angela Bocanegra and his cherished children and grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 27th, 2019 at Jeter & Son Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be at 12:00 noon, Friday, June 28th, 2019 at the funeral home.
