Eva Clayton of Irving, Texas January 17, 1942 – June 15, 2019 Genoveva “Eva” Clayton, 77, of Irving, died Saturday, June 15, 2019 at a Fort Worth hospital. Born January 17, 1942 in Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Juan Zamora and Guillermina Villalobos Zamora. She has lived in Irving since 1988. She worked in manufacturing for a number of years and then for the City of Irving in food service at the Heritage Senior Center. She was a member of Holy Family of Nazareth Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Javier Zamora and Manuel Zamora, she is survived by her children, Linda Zamora, John Clayton, Jose Clayton and Patrick Zamora; five grandchildren, Armando Bassiet, Courtney Clayton, Nicholas Clayton, Jenifer Clayton and Kristen Clayton; siblings, Celia Pacheco, Lucina Zamora, Carmen Zamora, Alicia Zamora, Reina Zamora, and Francisco Zamora; and several nieces. The family will receive friends 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Donnelly’s Colonial Funeral Home. A Catholic vigil and memorial service will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Monsignor Jerome Duesman will officiate.
