Ethel Rae was the last surviving child of Joseph and Sara Zufelt. Born January 29, 1927 in Kline Colorado. She was married to Leo T. Monks (deceased) from February 19, 1944 until he passed away on October 21, 1978. Then she was married to Harold Ivie (deceased) from September 14, 1979 until he passed away on March 20, 1985. She worked for Davis County School food service from 1960 until she retired. She was also National School Food Services President. She was always busy. She worked for Lee McDonald doing flower arrangements at 5-points mall and in Draper. She catered many weddings and banquets for the Elks Lodge. She also did food for the relief society. She was well known for her culinary skills. Survived by her daughter, Shauna Monks Freeman, and her Step daughter, Deborah Manzo, 12 Grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Caregivers Support for all the wonderful care they gave to my mom. A very grateful thank you to my 2 children Randy Willesen for the moral support and Aimee Young for all the excellent care she gave her grandmother. A viewing will be held Monday June 17, 2019 at Russon Mortuary, 295 N. Main St. in Bountiful, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Tuesday June 18, 2019 at the church on 100 E. 1400 S. at 11:00 with a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30. favorite_border Donations Pledges
