Ernest’s Obituary Ernest Ray, IV, age 34, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away suddenly on June 7, 2019. Ernest was born in Villa Rica, Georgia on October 16, 1984, the son of Jennifer Marie Wright Ray and the late, Raymond Milton Tyson Jr. and Ernest Ray, III. He worked as a sign technician with D & G Lighting and Signs for a number of years. Ernest had a love for life, enjoyed the outdoors fishing with family and friends and an avid University of Alabama Football fan…..“Roll Tide”. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and his children. He is survived by his mother, Jennifer Ray, children, Colton Ray, Ernest Ray,V, Villa Rica, Georgia and Landon Atkins, Bowdon, Georgia; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jenny and Nathan Bales, Temple, Georgia, Destiny and David Benya, Ocala, Florida, brother and sister-in-law Jonathan and Ashley Ray, Villa Rica, Georgia, brother, Ryan Ray, Villa Rica, Georgia. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, June 13, 2019 at J. Collins Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Vernon Parmer officiating. Interment will follow the service at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs, Georgia. J.
