Elizabeth A. Tighe McCabe, age 87, of Council Bluffs, passed away peacefully at her home on June 10, 2019. Elizabeth was born December 1, 1931 in Council Bluffs to the late David J. and Elizabeth (McGinn) Tighe. She graduated from St. Francis High School in 1949. Elizabeth retired from the Corps of Engineers. She was a member of the Worldwide Church of God.
