Eleanor’s Obituary Eleanor Ann deNobriga Cody, age 75, of Lexington passed away on June 27, 2019 at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Central Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeff Perdue officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm prior to the service at the church. Mrs. Cody was born in Trinidad on January 12, 1944 to John deNobriga and Laura deNobrigia. She was a member of Central Baptist Church and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and her memory will be cherished forevermore. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her loving husband, Clyde Junior Cody of the home; her son, Mark Cody (Sandi) of Charlotte; two daughters, Roseanne Seifert (Chad) of SC and Charmain Hamer (Greg) of Matthews; one brother, Franklin deNobriga (Sondra) of Trinidad; two sisters, Eileen Defreitas of FL and Rosemary Pollard of Marion; four grandchildren, Kayce Seifert (Aaron Menenberg), Emily Seifert, Cody Hamer and Grace Cody.
