Edith Elizabeth Farris, age 81, of Nauvoo, Alabama passed away June 10, 2019 at Hendrix Healthcare in Double Springs, Alabama. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Visitation is Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville. Funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Blake Kersey officiating. Burial in Ashbank Cemetery. She is survived by her sons, Larry(Janice)Farris, Jeff(Vickie)Farris and Doug(Jennifer)Farris; sister, Delilah Farris; grandchildren, Dawn(Anthony)Van Horn, Lawson Farris, Jack Farris; great grandchild, Kara Beth Van Horn. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Ellen Johnson; husband, Jack Farris; granddaughter, Keri Farris; brothers, Tal Johnson, Ken Johnson and J.E. Johnson.
