Dorothy’s Obituary Dorothy M. Cramer, 81, of Price Township, passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening, June 25, 2019. She was the widow of Lawrence V. Cramer. Born on March 13, 1938 in Stroudsburg, Pa, she was a daughter of the late Calvin R. and Lillian (Hopkins) Frantz and was a lifetime resident of Monroe County. She was employed and retired from Shaw Plastics, Stroudsburg Pa. Dorothy liked completing puzzles and coloring in her spare time. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and constantly beating them in card games. Surviving are five children, Norman J. Cramer, wife Tara, and grandchildren James and Sydney of Stroudsburg, PA; Lawrence V. Cramer Jr. and Glenn Bailey of Scranton, PA; Teresa Generous of Sebastian, FL; Tammy Botke of Tobyhanna, PA; and Wilmer V. Cramer of Cresco, PA; a brother, Calvin Frantz of Reeders, PA; a sister, Sally Gearhart of Saylorsburg, PA. Three brothers, George Frantz, Russell Frantz and Alfred Frantz; and a sister, Mary Newhart, preceded her in death. Services will be held on Friday, July 5, at the William H. Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main St., Stroudsburg; with visitation beginning at 10:00AM followed by the memorial service at noon with Rev. Edmund Freeborn officiating. Burial will follow at Prospect Cemetery in East Stroudsburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Association, Greater Pennsylvania Chapter, 57 N.
