Dorothy “DOT” Combo of Harrellsville, NC departed this life on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at the Accordius Health and Rehab.in Ahoskie, NC. A native of Hertford Co., NC was born on July 19, 1942 to the late Roy Harrell and Nancy Bowser. She leaves to cherish her memories: (3) brothers, Roy Harrell of Va Beach, VA, Arthur Lee Harrell of Winton, NC and Punch Harrell of Cofield, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
