Garcia Deon Patton, 77, resident of Eldorado passed away Monday, June 17, 2019 at the Linda White Hospice House. Deon was born October 6, 1941 in Cave-in-rock, IL to the late Adiel Esdon and Vada (Hall) Patton. Deon worked in the coal mines until retirement. He was an avid outdoorsman. He is survived by two children: Kevin Patton of Junction and Angie Patton of Eldorado and 1 granddaughter. Funeral services will be at noon Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home with Rev. L.D. Jolly officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00am to service time ion Thursday. Condolences and expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family via the website www.colonialterracefuneralhome.com
