Cynthia Gail’s Obituary Cynthia Gail Franklin Crosier, 56, of Radford, went to be with her heavenly father on Wednesday, June 19, 2019. She was preceded in death by her adopted parents, Rev. Sam and Mary Franklin; her father, Leslie Dean Simpkins; and nephew, Tyler Swisher. Survivors include her mother, Wanda Franklin Lawson of Radford; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronnie and Barbara Simpkins of Radford, Brian and Sherry Simpkins of Troutville, Tim and Patti Simpkins of Snowville, and Dwayne and Angi Simpkins of Snowville; sister, Lisa Darnell of Radford; several nieces and nephews including special niece, Brittany Phillips of Radford; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 p.m. on Monday, June 24, 2019 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. with Pastor Allen George officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.
