Obituary Clinton Harkins, age 92, of Rocky Face, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Dalton Place. Mr. Harkins was a member of Cove Methodist Church in Carbondale, GA. He was proceeded in death by his wife, Avanell Smith Harkins; daughter, Karen Nan Harkins; brother, Bill Harkins; sisters, Margie Bramlett, Floyia Green, Reva Jordan, Lucille Miller, Goldie Smith and Winnie Stone; parents, Sarah and James Harkins. He is survived by his Daughter, Kimberly Harkins Carr of Hixson, TN; Son and daughter-in-law, Kendall C. and Donna Harkins of Rocky Face, GA; Grandchildren, Lauren (Drew) Startup, Kayla Harkins and Clint Harkins; Great-grandchildren, Price, Henley, Ellany Kate and Beckett Startup, Mary Addison and Evan Harkins. There will be a graveside service held at West Hill Cemetery on Saturday, June 29, at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Drew Startup officiating.
