Survivors include: wife Lynnette Keffer of Westchester, CA; son Alexander Edward Keffer of Aubrey, TX; son Raymond Howard Keffer and wife LaTanya of Inglewood, CA; son Derek Schmid of Imperial Beach, CA; grandchildren: William, Duncan, Kennedy, Cali, Wade, Kalea, and Konoa; brother Stuart Otto of Alexandria, VA; sister Robyn Otto of Alexandria, VA; sister Mary Beth Otto of Alexandria, VA; brother-in-law Stuart Gurnea and wife Nancy of Frisco, TX; sister-in-law Ginger Schlies and husband Jim of Wausaukee, WI; sister-in-law Terri Butler and husband Donnie of Harbor City, CA; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
