Mr. Charles William Beavers, age 82, passed away on June 27, 2019, at Adventhealth Murray Hospital. Mr. Beavers is preceded in death by his wife: Jo Ellen Beavers, daughter, Beverly Dawn Beavers, parents: George Sr. and Elizabeth Beavers, brothers: George Beavers, Jr. and James Cecil Beavers, sisters: Frances Elliott, Beatrice Goswick, Beaulah Dooley, Ruth Roe, Betty Ann Nelms and Ruby Ellis. Survivors include grandson: Charles Carroll of Dalton, brothers and sister in law: Lamar and Effie Beavers of Chatsworth, Jerry Beavers of Dalton, sisters and brothers in law: Inez and Walter Mullinax of Dalton, Faye and Mike Dixon of Dalton, sister in law: Brenda Scarbrough of Gilbert ,AZ., special niece: Brianna Elliott of Dalton. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive Funeral Service for Mr. Beavers will be Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at 2 PM in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5 until 9 PM at the funeral home.
