Charles Larry Allen, 75, of Lenexa, KS (formerly of Morrill, KS), passed away June 13, 2019 at Overland Park, KS. He was born July 21, 1943 at Falls City, NE to Charles and Marjorie (Sheeley) Allen, Jr. Charles worked in data processing at Omaha area banks until he retired to Morrill and became a professional card player. He attained Life Master as a Bridge player and was also an avid player of other games. Charles is survived by his brothers, David and his wife Joyce of Weatherby Lake, MO, Jeffrey and his wife Susan of Shawnee, KS, Mark and his wife Nancy of St. Joseph, MO and their families. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Grace Bible Church, Morrill, KS. Interment was at Maple Cemetery, Salem, NE. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to Grace Bible Church, PO Box 132, Morrill, KS 66515.
