Charlene’s Obituary Cagle, Charlene Rodgers, age 55, of Tellico Plains, passed away 2:55 A.M. Monday, June 24, 2019 at her home. Member of Delano Baptist Church. She has served alongside her husband in Missionary Ministry for areas in East Tennessee and St. Louis, MO for many years. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter & sister. Survivors, husband of 38 years, Dr. Dennis Cagle, Daughters & sons-in-law, Tara & James Smith, Ashley & Jeff Spitler, Son & daughter-in-law, Brittain & Marissa Cagle, Grandchildren, Abbi, Jackson, Matthias, Asher, Levi, Thaddaeus, Fender, Jovie, Gibson, Bryant, Brailyn and Evan, Father, Glen Rodgers, Sister & brother-in-law, Lisa & Danny Lingerfelt, Mother-in-law, Beryl Cagle, Several other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by mother, Edna Rodgers, grandparents, Charlie & Lura Laney, Erskin & Annie Rodgers, father-in-law, Harold Cagle. Funeral 2 P.M. Saturday, Island Creek Baptist Church, Dr. Dennis Cagle officiating. Interment church cemetery, Rev. Robert Judd officiating. Family will receive friends 12-2 P.M.
