Carol’s Obituary Carol J. Maroszek, 86, Green Bay, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019. She was born on September 23, 1932, in Hoffa Park, WI to Carl and JoAnn “Jennie” Tilleson. Carol graduated from Pulaski High School. On October, 24, 1953, she married Joseph Maroszek in Hoffa Park. Together they raised two sons of whom she was always very proud of. Carol began her career as a telephone operator. She then was a waitress at a supper club and did housekeeping at the Bay Motel. Carol continued to do housecleaning with her best friend, Marie. She also worked retail in many different stores. Carol loved to do crafts and bake, especially her Ho-Ho bars; as well as camping in Door County and vacationing yearly in Florida. She mostly loved the time she spent with her grandchildren. Carol was a very kind, loving hearted person who was always happy and had a smile for anyone. She is survived by her sons, Ron (Pat) Maroszek and Dennis (Jodi) Maroszek; four grandchildren, Sara (Jeff) Martz, Stephen (Devin) Maroszek, Kyle Maroszek, Joseph Maroszek; six great-grandchildren, Finley, Jack, Marissa, Anna, Holden, Mason; brother, David Tilleson; sister, Audrey (Lea) Bangert; and sister-in-law, Bernie Maroszek. Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Maroszek; granddaughter, Michelle Maroszek; and many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Visitation will be at Annunciation Catholic Church, 401 Gray St., from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, June 20, followed by the Mass of Resurrection at 11 a.m. with Rev. David Schmidt officiating.
