Billy loved people; family and friends. His passion was cooking, camping, fishing, and boating. He was devoted in his love of the Lord and baptized in the Protestant Faith. Billy was a 1984 Dallas High School graduate and maintained many of his high school friendships throughout his life. He truly valued those friendships and the ones he gained along his path through life. If you fell into that category of family or friend you know he was a fun-loving prankster and his laughter was loud and hearty. He was a beloved son, brother, nephew, and cousin. He is survived by his mother Barbara Hoskins, Sheridan, OR; sister Jeannie (Frank) Hiller, Silverdale, WA; brother Richard (Jennifer) Hibbs, Sheridan, OR; nieces Brittney (Tim) Suryan, Poulsbo, WA; and Kyree (Jeff) Boudreau, Seabeck WA; and nephews Braden Hibbs, Mollala, OR; Caleb (Haley) Hiller, Bremerton, WA; and Ethaniel, Dimitrius and Gabriel Hiller all of Silverdale, WA. Aunts Sally (Jr) Petite, Dallas, OR; Eva Burgin, Oregon City, OR; Ada (Ed) Mathews, Akron, OH; Pat (Bill) Midkiff, Salem, OR; uncles David (Yvonne) Rickels, Dallas, OR; John (Nancy) Hibbs, Falls City, OR; Wally Hibbs, Keizer, OR; Nolan (Jean) Rickels, Reedsport, OR; and cousins too numerous to count who loved and enjoyed many fun-filled adventures with him. A Celebration of Life will be held at Valley Life Center in Dallas Oregon June 1st, 11 am-3pm. And in Billy-fashion it will be casual and fun, filled with shared memories of his numerous adventures and crazy days. The family requests that all donations be given to the Valley Life Center Church.
