Obituary Betty Rose Clark, 88, of Valdosta, died on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at South Georgia Medical Center. Born in Red Mill, Pennsylvania, on March 31, 1931, daughter of the late Edman Burke Hagens and Bertha Detwieler Hagens. She was a homemaker and the widow of the late James Ellis Clark.
