Ben Neace, 92, Vancleve passed away Wednesday, July 11, at the Pikeville Hospital. He attended the Neace Memorial Church at Ned. He was the son of the late Taylor and Polly Noble Neace and was also preceded in death by two brothers, Pryce Short Neace, Charlie Neace Jr.; one sister, Carlona Neace.
