She was born October 1, 1913 in Dallas, GA to Pink Denton and Ollie (Brooks) Denton. She moved to Collinsville in 2010 from Hiram, GA, where she had lived most of her life. She worked for GAS, INC and owned Alta Johnson Ceramics in Hiram, GA. She also taught Sunday school for many years. I graveside service will be held at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park in Marietta, GA. She is survived by her son, Wendell Johnson of Collinsville and a grandson: Richard D. Johnson and his wife Sascha of Claremore. Local arrangements have be entrusted to Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
