Allan George Geary, age 75 of Johnson City, passed away on June 6, 2019 at his home. He was born on July 14, 1943 in Flint, Michigan, to the late Irving and Othelia Wilda Geary. Allan proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He united in marriage to Gail Katherine Revak and to this union, two loving children were born. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Ricky Geary and Irving Geary Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years: Gail Geary; Two children: Kay Parks and Allan Geary Jr.; Grandchildren: Laura Larson, Tarah Parks, Kari Faber, Braydon Geary, Patrick Geary, Jessica Greer and Jordan Geary; Four great-grandchildren; Three sisters: Edith Lovett, Donna Garrison, and Alice Sloan; One brother: Ivan Geary; Allan also leaves behind a host of relatives and friends to cherish his memory. To honor Allan’s life and service to his country, there will be a military service held on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 11:30 A.M. at the Mountain Home National Cemetery with the Carter County Honor Guard providing military honors.
