Lee, age 72 of Winslow, IL, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at the UW Hospital in Madison, WI. He was born on April 19, 1947 in Freeport, IL, the son of Norman and Barbara (Dahms) Lee. Larry served his country in the United States Army from 1966 to 1969. He was a grain farmer the majority of his life in the Winslow area, and then he did custom yard work in Winslow. Larry is survived by his sister Penny Canon (Ron Webb) of Winslow; nephew Brandy Canon of Monroe; niece Kally Canon of Winslow; cousins- Suzette (Bob) Hughes of Janesville, WI, Kay Lee of Dixon, IL, and Rita Shindler of Browntown, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents and cousin Donny Lee. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. til 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the Winslow Grace Bible Church in Winslow, IL. Funeral Service will follow the visitation, starting at 1:00 p.m. at the Winslow Grace Bible Church in Winslow, IL. Officiating will be Rev. Robert Patin. Cremation rites will follow. Interment will take place at a later date at Rock Lily Cemetery in Winslow, IL.
