Cecil’s Obituary Cecil C. Cox Sr., age 85, was taken into the arms of the Lord on May 29, 2019. U.S. Army Korean Conflict Veteran. Retired from the City of Columbus Division of Refuge after 34 years of service. Preceded in death by his parents Roy and Myrtle; wife Mabel; son Cecil Jr.; and grandson Marlon. Survived by wife Thelma B.; children Clarence (Anise), Juanita, Cecilia, Sharon and Rory; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Rozzelle; brothers Jimmy and Tommy; many nieces and nephews and best friend, Theo.
