Billy’s Obituary Billy Elzy Taylor, age 89, of Texarkana, TX, died on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at his residence. He was born on September 15, 1930 in Grapevine, AR to Leyland and Helen Taylor. He was a tool and die maker for Lonestar Army Ammunition Plant, member of Westlawn Baptist Church, renowned Little League coach, member of International Association of Machinists, a charter member of squirrel camp and a champion catfish fryer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Kathleen and daughter, Terry Taylor Williams. Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, Keith Taylor(Jody), Randy Taylor; a daughter and son-in-law, Jan Graves(Roger), grandchildren, spouses and great grandchildren, Stacy Jones(Randie), Logan and Tanner; Taylor Stilwell(Stephanie), Jarrett; Jason Taylor(Rachel), Ryan and Ashley; Justin Graves(Sandra), Sofia and Ethan; Seth Peck(Jenny), Lucas and Cameron; Shane Taylor(Brooke), Jack and Elzie, Carla Burgess(George), Brayden; a sister, Mildred Pelo; Special friend, Ladybug, and many other friends and relatives. The family will receive friends on Sunday, from 6-8 p.m. at Texarkana Funeral Home, TX. Services will be on Monday, 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Bro. David Harris and Bro.
