Obituary Bette Carmer, 84 of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Valley Haven in Beech Bottom. Born on May 25, 1934 in Exeter, California a daughter of the late Galen A. and Enid M. (Ringle) Jordan. Bette graduated from Alhambra High School in LA, California. She went on to work for the IRS as a supervisor of over two thousand people. After leaving the IRS she worked in real-estate as a broker.
