C.D. OLSEN October 08, 1951 – May 01, 2019 Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card| Memorial Donation Lyndon–C.D. Olsen, 67, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at his home in Lyndon, Kansas. He was born on October 8, 1951 in Holdrege, Nebraska, the son of Eggert and Gevon Carlson Olsen. C.D. had lived in Lyndon since 1989. He opened Sports-Mart in 1986 near Lake Pomona, then in Perry and then north of Lyndon. He served in the U.S. Army and the Kansas National Guard. On November 26, 1977, C.D. married Sue Edwards in Concordia, Kansas. C.D. is survived by his wife, Sue, of the home; his son, Jeremie Olsen of Topeka; his daughter, Jamie Matthews of Salina; his two brothers, Bruce Olsen of Arizona and Gary Holt of Westmoreland; his sister, Nancy Whitesell of Olsburg; and two granddaughters, Kaylee and Ashley.
