George L. Forsdick, 78, of Bloomfield passed away Tuesday January 22, 2019 at University Hospital in Indianapolis. Born January 4, 1941 in Memphis, Tennessee the son of Harold L. and Margaret Louise (Fuchs) Forsdick. George was and Electrical Engineer at Crane, he was retired. George was a member of the Holy Name Catholic Church in Bloomfield and very active in the Bloomfield First Baptist Church food pantry. Surviving relatives include his wife Joanna Forsdick, his children, Margaret (Joe) Mills, Dominick (Lori) Forsdick, four grandchildren, Tyler (Brittney) Mills, Shelby (Noah) Wingate-Dolph, Kyle Forsdick, Dylan Forsdick, one great grandchild, Calvin Wingate-Dolph, one brother, Harold Lance Forsdick. George was preceded in death by his mother. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on February 23, 2019 at the Holy Name Catholic Church in Bloomfield at 11:30 A.M. with Father Beju Thomas officiating.
