Obituary of Robert “Bob” Millyard Robert “Bob” Keith Millyard, age 77, of Blissfield, formerly of Deerfield died on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Tecumseh Place. He was born January 1, 1941, in Tecumseh to Harold W. and Ceciele (Netcher) Millyard. On January 13, 1962, he married Lana L. Hadesh. She preceded him in death in 2011. Bob started working for Revco in Deerfield and later transferred to Corrugated Box in Tecumseh, where he eventually retired from. Bob enjoyed antique tractors, dancing and playing the button box. He was a member of the American-Czech Association in Milberry, Ohio, the Knights of Columbus-4th Degree, the Color Corps, and Light of Christ Catholic Parish (St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church), Blissfield. Bob is survived by a son, Douglas (Lisa) Millyard of Adrian; three daughters, Cynthia (Phil “Memphis”) Hasbrouck of Toledo, Ohio, Catherine (Nick) LaVoy of Blissfield, and Christine (Eric) Mapstone of Blissfield; grandchildren, Rachel Millyard, Jacob (Jenny) Millyard, Courtney (Paul) Fisher, Haley Whiteman and Alexa Mapstone; a great-granddaughter, Evelyn Millyard; step-grandson, Andy (Jackie) Cebulski; step-great-grandchildren, Zeke, Beau and Annabelle Cebulski and his companion, Sandi Ruth. In addition to his wife, Lana, Bob was preceded in death by his twin brother, Gary Millyard and a sister, Judith Bates. The Funeral Liturgy will be offered at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Light of Christ Catholic Parish (St. Peter Catholic Church), Blissfield with Fr. Jeff Poll presiding. Burial will be Deerfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at the Anderson-Rudd Funeral Home, Blissfield where there will be a Vigil Prayer Service held at 7 p.m. Visitation will also be held on Thursday prior to the service from 10-10:45 a.m. at the church.
