Obituary of Stanley Parker Stanley Lynn Parker, 87, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018 in Pittsburg. Mr. Parker was born September 1, 1931 in Pittsburg, Texas to Henry Stanley Parker and Buena Neighbors. Mr. Parker was a retired carpenter, member of the Ebenezer Friendship Baptist Church and served in the Army. Mr. Parker is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and David Shankle of Pittsburg and Cindy and David Jackson of Pittsburg; 5 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sisters, Geneva Pynes of Pittsburg and Betty Parker of Beaumont. He was preceded in death by his parents, stepmother, Nadine Parker; 1 brother and 2 sisters Graveside services will be Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 11:30 A.M. at Ebenezer Cemetery in Pittsburg, Texas. Friends can come by the funeral home Wednesday morning from 8:30-10:30 A.M. to sign the register book and for an informal visitation. Bros Duane Turner, Mike Hall, and David Jackson will officiate the service.
