Beverly Paola 2018

Paola Beverly M., (Binns) 86, a dedicated mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Jasper “Jab” Paola, mother of the late Jasper “Jay” Paola and grandmother of the late Rachael E. Paola. Beverly was the beloved mother of Karen Manchester (Dan), Patricia D’Abrosca, Bill Paola (Doreen), Mary Margaret Curti (Geroge), and James Paola. She was “Grammy” to her 10 grandchildren and “G-Gram” to 13. She was born in Providence, a daughter of the late Ernest and Mildred (Selmanie) Binns. She was very close to her sisters who pre-deceased her, the late Dot Gattegno, and her late husband Phil and the late Mildred Gassbaro and her deceased husband, Fred. Beverly had worked part time at Ann & Hope in sales and as a cashier. She enjoyed needlepoint, gardening and sewing. She especially loved having her family around her. A visitation will be held Wednesday, October 10 2018 from 9-10:30 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Timothy Church, Warwick Ave. Burial in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Hope Hospice, will be appreciated .
